  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

  • We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.
  • Shipping charges for orders under $50 are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
  • Shipping promotions and offers may change from time to time.

We ship using trusted carriers, including:

  • FedEx

The carrier selected for your order depends on the destination, package size, and the most efficient available service.

Delivery Times

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Solace Hall Designs is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
